They're talking almost every day. I noticed it a while ago, but didn't get to thinking about it until recently. I've been working out of town, so coming home you notice things you've never really noticed before. She kept mentioning this guy that was calling her, then whenever she finds an excuse to get off the phone with him (like our daughter bugging her) she acts relieved to be off the phone. "god he calls me so much"
So, after a couple beers, I check her phone to see how much they really talk (I know, rude, right? But who's the sneak, and who's the liar?) Hours sometimes, sometimes minutes... once practically all day, back and forth. She calls him too, but he calls more...
Am I obsessing? Or is she?

They went to high school together... She keeps telling me how he had this huge crush on her but she thought he was a dork (or something like that)

if i were you i'd cool the jets and play a little by ear. things are not always what they seem. you have your qualities and he has his. if they were dead set on shutting you out, you might have something to worry about.
friendships take a lot of time to strengthen if they are nurtured. you could check out the fact that this guy might be a valuable friend to you as well. socialize a bit and don't be so analytical about the whole set up. you might have a whole lot to gain. if you are adverse to everything from the get-go, you might have a whole lot to loose and learn.
you have to give her the benefit of the doubt that she has a worthy discretion. she did select you didn't she. it's nice to be concerned about her and your life, together, but if you have adverse concerns, then she should know about them, you know, pillow talk.
test the ground before you step on it. that way you'll always have a steady footing. good luck.

I don't know where you are but she must think something to talk every single day I would think. Unless he is like a Uncle or a Brother but she wouldn't get off the phone in front of you and she would make sure that the guy is aware of you and you would be able to talk to him to. There shouldn't be any hidden relationships like that

your fiance is playing with fire. Talking all the time will lead to something else. She needs to tell him she is engaged and it doesn't feel proper to talk to him so much, or talk to him at all.
How would she feel if you did that with an old girl friend?

I think she is marrying the wrong man in her life and you are selling yourself short.
Been there - done that. If it is that easy for her to talk to him, it should tell you something.
