I'll try to give you an answer, but others have done pretty well. You get more power by burning more fuel. You can accomplish this in several ways- deliver more air/gas mixture into the combustion chamber and/or make the combustion chamber larger and/or spin the motor faster. With 100 cc's you shouldn't expect huge differences, but you can do all of the other's suggestions- grind a bit off the piston, grind a bit off the exhaust port, get an expansion chamber but I'd suggest an aftermarket piston/cylinder rebuild. Depending on the model you have, you might be able to find a larger cylinder that will still fit the crankcase bolts. How much larger depends on the model you have and whether anyone makes a larger cylinder/piston for it.
Since you're riding a 100-cc bike, I'll guess that cost will be a factor for you. But you can do the necessary easily enough. First, price what a larger bike will cost. Think of something like 150 cc's if you want to go substantially faster. That's your baseline. If you want to go a lot faster, you'll have to price out what 500 cc's or 750 cc's will cost you.
The other suggestions will also cost you, but if you have tools and talent, you can do some of them quite cheaply. Shaving the bottom of the aluminum piston should be free. Ditto the exhaust port, though you may want to get a machine shop to do that. The expansion pipe will change your exhaust system, but will give you noticeable power, providing there's an aftermarket exhaust maker.
Perhaps the most expensive but certainly effective change you can do is to put a turbo charger on- this will give you a lot more fuel-air mix, and that will definitely give you something you'll notice. So if money is no object ....
One of the simplest things you can do is to run better gas and try some different 2-stroke oils. Oil technology has gotten really good, so my old stand-by, Castrol, may not necessarily be the best choice. Still, getting several different oils is an affordable experiment you can do. Around here, I can buy a small bottle of "octane booster" at the local car store.
Last, if you want to know what difference your change(s) make, you'll need an accurate test of what you can do now with your 100 cc's, without any mods. Is there a place where you can verify your current performance? I'd go there first, then try the simpler changes before attempting any machining modifications. Good luck with your bike!

A 100 cc 2 stroke engine can only generate so much power and 2 stroke engines have a fixed rate of acceleration to keep them light and simple. The engine sounds like one you would find on a very small scooter or mini-motorbike. I'm not sure where you live, but is it a moped engine? If it's one of the newer mopeds, the engine makes electricity for a battery and the moped operates off the battery. In this case, getting a better battery may help.
I wouldn't try anything fancy with it, it's probably giving you as much as it can, the only thing you can do to get more power is to increase the compression but a two stroke 100 cc isn't going to have the stronger engine block you need to increase the compression ratio.

Most 2 strokes are made to run explosive, low octane gas. when you mix your fuel you might spray a bunch of starting fluid in with it but be careful not to scatter your engine.

throwing practicality out the window, depending on the design, if it uses the crank case as a stuffing box, you can decrease the chamber volume slightly to increase the compression.
But again, it doesn't seem practical. However if you have the skills and equipment to do the work, then the eventual grenading of the engine shouldn't be a problem.

make the exhaust port in the cylender bigger by grinding away steel on upper side of exhaust port.replace exhaust pipe with shorter wider pipe and bigger mufler.instal bigger carburator and grind away a bit of piston botom in front of carburator.increse compresion by grinding a bit of the cylenderhead off.this can more than double your hp. at high rpm but you will have a bit less power at low rpm you will burn more petrol and engine will be louder.

If you want more power, get more cubes. Buy a bigger bike that has all the right gear on it already for the performance of the motor.
