my friends say you have to be 15 1/2 to work at Albertsons with a work permit but i dont know if its the same with Smiths. Where do you get your work permit? School?

so i dont get it , if you have a work permit , you can work somewhere that requires to be 16?

Call the State of NV to get a worker's permit. Normally if you're under the age of 16, you need a permit.

Yes I heard that also, all you have to be is 15 1/2 with a work permit. And you can get a job at more than just smiths or albertsons you can also get a job at cold stone and stuff like that.

If you are under the age of 18 you have to have parent permission to work and have a work permit. Except for special summer employment I believe you have to be 16. All grocery stores comply with the same laws.

I believe the age now a person can voluntarily leave shcool is 17 or graduation.

you can get a work permit from your school. also smiths ask that you be at least 16.

16 to be a bagger, 18 in all other depts. You can get a work permit through your counselor.

don't really know, but i saw this guy working there that i swear was no taller than 3 feet, sooooooooo i guess about 10?
