All the time... I star a question when I don't know that answer so I can go back and learn about it. I find it "interesting" which to me means I don't already know about it.

Yes, if I find a question interesting but like 50 people have already answered so I have no chance of getting best answer.

Yes! I had it happen to me yesterday and was quite disappointed that the person didn't leave an answer. I probably won't be doing it anymore because of that
