Of course, based upon precedence, their theft would be much worse.
I firmly believe that if putting those two in jail would not be such a national embarrassment, they would be there now.
Wasn't it nice of Bush to allow them to return the goods in place of filing charges? Too bad they never appreciated his kindness.
