i have a friend who has a stalker and i mean an actual stalker the guy is watchin her, he called her from outside her house and literally told her what she was wearing. She wont go to the cops or her mom (shes 16) she says she keeps telling her self that its one of her friends but yet her closest friends dont kno this much about her and wouldnt drag a joke out this long and her best friends are even telling her to go to the cops. What can I do to convince her she needs to tell someone because ppl actually get killed by ppl like that. He is telling her stuff that only someone sittin outside her house would kno like whats on the counter and that she made brownies the other day and what shes wearing.

i cant call the cops myself because first of all i dont kno when the guy is there only she does and she tells me the next time i see her. I dont kno her home number because we arent that close of friends we just work together i think tomorrow though i will tell my boss (he uncle) and have him tell her mom that way she wont get mad at me but she really doesnt think its that serious she thinks its just a friend but i dont kno why your friend would do this for over a week

Are you sure she isnt making this up for attention from her friends? Because a normal person would call the police. Think about it, would you be able to go to sleep knowing he is watching you if it was you? The police could easily check phone records to see where the calls are coming from. Next time your friend brings it up tell her you dont believe her because if it was true she would be calling the police. Shes made herself the center of attention with this and I think she is enjoying it.
If you are really her friend, you need to get together with the other friends shes been telling this to and go to her parents now. Because if its true she needs help and if its not true she need psychological help.

I dont really get it. Who stalks via phone anymore? A quick call to her phone company will end that....if he calls from a blocked number the phone company can reject the call and if his call is not blocked she should have no problems finding out who it is...even if he is calling her from a pay as you go phone, she can always go to a payphone and call that number and see who answers.
sounds like your friend wants some attention....if YOU know you have a stalker, why would you keep your windows open?
Please dont call the cops yourself?!! What exactly would you say to them....that your friend told you that someone is watching her? The first thing that they are going to ask is why didnt she call> the answer is because she made this entire thing up for attention and she is going to be pissed at you for making a fool out of her...this doesnt make sense

Call the cops yourself...if it is just a joker nothing will happen to the joker unless the parents press charges. And if ur friend gets mad at u for calling the cops, don't worry, if shes mad at u she'll get over it, but if it is a stalker she could get killed! At least tell ur parents to see their opinion and if they want to they can call the cops for u...u can also call the cops and leave an annonymous tip so they won't tell ur friend who called. seriously at least tell ur parents!!! please!!!

I am so impressed by what you are trying to do for your friend however please realize this is a very serious situation your friend finds herself in. Go and tell someone (adult)you trust. School counselors are trained to deal with this and the police will be informed. You have to act now before your worst fears become a reality. Do this for your friend and because it's the right thing to do.

Tell her if she won't tell her parents, than you will. Because even if your friend will get mad, atleast they can do something to stop the stalker and she'll stay alive.
Not to jynx her, but think in the future if something DID happen to her.. how would you feel knowing that you could've tried to help stop the stalker? Could you handle seeing her parents crying because they had NO idea 'coz no one would tell them?
.. Tell her to tell her parents, and they can go to the cops from there. If she says no, say you're being a friend by telling them yourself.

That is freaky, she seriously needs to tell her folks and the cops so they can arrange some surveillance and catch the creep in the act.
She should also close the curtains so he can't see in and try to make sure there is always someone in the house with her.
You and her other friends need to sit her down and convince her.
If you can't do that you could call the cops or tell her folks yourself and get it started.

If you really care about someone you will do anything for them. I know going to the cops yourself, or a parent, or anyone will be hard. But you need to.... If you don't, Ur friend might die. Could you live with that on Ur conscience?

I have watched a show on TV(Tyra show) and what i'v learned is it's her sell phone camera.That's how they watch her.And if you want to help,don't listen to her,don't ask her what she wants,just tell her mom.She may not like you but in the long run,she'll thank you for saving her life.You are right,she may be get killed.Just tell her to cover her sell phone camera.Tape it with paper or something.And tell her mom.

It is okay for you to call the police on this guy. If he is a stalker, he should be apprehended, period.
If he is not a real stalker, he will learn a valuable lesson about taking a joke too far.
The police are peace keepers and this guy is disturbing someone's peace (of mind).
