Sometimes but rain has little to do with it,as rain is not by me considered dismal,rather nourishing.
I can feel this way and often either day or night under any weather condition.

If I feel that way, I take off all my clothes and run naked through the rain. In no time, I'm surrounded by people. Some with guns and handcuffs, and some with Viagra.

Nope...I love when it rains, especially at night. I feel all warm and safe and cozy inside. The more thunder and lightning the better.
