Intellectual honesty and the ability to accept things as they are, and the mentality to 'not' hurt anyone and to love everyone exactly the way they are.

Artichokes. They are kind of tedious to eat, with all of that pulling the leaves off one at a time, and scraping them with your teeth, but it is well worth it! I have been eating artichokes 3 to 5 times a week for only about 8 months now, and I get compliments on my inside just about as often! Even complete strangers come up to me in public places, like at the paint store or the barber shop--and these are places where people are focused on the OUTside of things--and tell me how beautiful my inside is. It really gives you a nice feeling, I have to say, and I am thinking about entering one of the local pageants we have here, there's no age limit so I figure what the heck. I don't really expect to win or anything, don't get me wrong, I'm not into that whole inside-glamour scene, I'm just a guy who was lucky enough to be born with a pretty decent looking interior, and of course the artichokes certainly help! They're still legal in the pageants in my state, no testing yet, unlike asparagus which the judges can spot from across the room, though I really disapprove of the term "abuse"--certainly the amount of asparagus required to maintain a fabulous inside is a lot, but is it abusive? Not in these parts or even in most states north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Anyway, I'm not saying asparagus should be legal, I'm just saying it's not necessarily a sin. And I wouldn't go so far as to start duct-taping things together and so on, but I think I can hold my own against some of the decrepit insides I have seen around here. Besides, I heard that since Carson Daly is not observing the writer's strike, he is going to be one of the judges, so why not give it a shot? Hollywood is not for everyone and interior beauty is only membrane-deep, as they say, but if you've got it, flaunt it.

Before anything else, let me tell you this that the REAL beauty of a person is not just in physical appearance because it won't last forever, soon it will fade.

What really matter is the innate beauty, so then you have to be beautiful INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

You have to apply those great VALUES in life, i guess i don't need to mention here all, for sure you will have the idea, what i'm trying to imply for you my dear.

Treating others as you would yourself. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In this case, you cannot be the beholder of your own inside beauty. Beautiful art does not commend itself to itself. So your inner beauty is found in the way you treat others, with consideration of their hopes, wishes, happiness and aspirations.

Repenting and trusting in Jesus Christ so that one is given a new heart with new desires and imputed Jesus' righteousness. That would make one beautiful on the inside. Without this, it is not possible because the prophet Jeremiah said that the heart is "deceitfully wicked."
