I enjoyed all three, but A Tale of Two Cities is my favorite of them. It has everything from mystery and intrigue, adventure and sacrifice, love and devotion, hope and hopelessness. This book gives you a really clear picture of the bloodbath that occurred during the French Revolution. You feel almost like you have a front row seat, witnessing all the strife and anger and hatred. Charles Dickens also gives you a good understanding of WHY and HOW this lust for revenge occurred.
Wuthering Heights has a more Gothic "feel" to it, and though I enjoyed it, Heathcliff sometimes irritated me with his vengefulness. Even Cathy annoyed me a bit. Still, it's a good story.
Romeo and Juliet is another classic story of "star-crossed" lovers and what happens because of hatred.

This is a very hard choice, but I would have to say Romeo and Juliet. It was the first one I fell in love with out of the three and I love the language, the timeless story. I read it when I was innocent and it retains a sense of innocence for me.

i like romeo and juliet the best,, its really a tragic tale that seems far fetched.. but it has value in the sense that they felt that their love was the most important thing in life..even to the point that the sacrificed their lives with hopes to be together in death... really fascinating, but kind of outlandish way to go about the situation... that's why it seems that this is the most classic story to me, out of the three..

Well, it's extremely interesting that you picked these three because they have alot of similarities in theme. All 3 have a hero who died unfulfilled by the love of the woman they wanted. I guess for me though I love all 3, A Tale of Two Cities is my favorite. You just can't get better than Sydney Carlton dying to save the husband of the woman he loves. I mean that's just awe inspiring. Heathcliff is equally tragic with his undying love for Cathy.
Interesting question.

A Tale of Two Cities, because he loves the girl so much that he takes her husbands place at the gallows. He dies so she can be with her husband. Plus you get an awesome quote:
"Tis a far greater thing I do now, than I have ever done
before."
