Any ideas what to write in poetry? about moving on...?

I wanna write something about a girl who try so hard to move on but everytime she almost completely move on, the guy keep on coming back to her. Is there any lyrics that I can relate to?

Ps: I need words, beautiful words to describe her problem.

There are times in life, love comes to us, unclothed and naked to see...
It MEANS no harm, just happiness,
yet there is never a 'gaurantee'.

Memories should be sweet and pure,
when you find time to reflect ,
whether your alone with them or with a friend, to speak without regret.

Something thats important and will "for all time" be true...
Is that you can't start up anything...
until you start up you.

Live your life, race shopping carts..
out side of the mall!!
This is something you can do, cause your feeling ten feet tall!!

Hurt and broken heart disease, are strong enough to kill.
The only cure we have so far, is move on with a strong will.....

True poetry comes from your heart.

She was almost free
Free from the pain
Free from the suspicion
Free from the herartbreak.

Her hand is on the knob
She can go
But she can't
She can't let go

She thinks of the good times they had
The surprise roses in class
His friends singing on her lawn
When he poured lemonade on his head

She could not leave that behind....

(It's just an idea)

fly like a bird and be free spread your wings out straight and hope that when he comes back that its not to late. Search for where you belong and and open your eyes to new surroundings for what you want, and if he is in it you will know because you gave yourself time to grow. How is that?
