I am a single mom with a low income and I have heard they do home loans on based income levels.

USDA does guarantee some loans (they don't actually offer the loans) for specific purchases in rural areas of the country.

There are income requirements to qualify, along with creditworthiness. However, you need to be prepared to move out of a metro area into a rather sparsly propulated region.
