this isnt about penis size or anything else that you probably see like every day in this section. but my left pec is larger than my right.ive heard that guys can get breast cancer but im 90% sure its not breast cancer because there are no lumps that would feel like a tumor or anything. i havent gone to see a doctor but i might soon. i would just like to know what could be going on before i go to the doctor.
yeah so basically my left pec is just bigger. its also "squishier" but around the sides it feels like bone. i had heart surgery when i was like 2 years old. i had one of those things where like you have a hole in your heart ( your born with one but its supposed to close when you get older) but mine didnt so they had to like.. fix it. so im thinking it might be that.
my pec doesnt hurt or anything, i cant even tell that its bigger unless i like touch it or look at it. and its not like noticeably bigger ( like you can see it through my shirt) but it is larger than my right one

also it hasnt gotten bigger. i might just not have noticed it a few years ago, but im not sure. i first noticed it during the summer.
im 13 by the way.
also, my left armpit has more hair ithan my right, so it could be like... so different sides of my body could also be developing at different speeds.
thanks

The human body isn't very symmetrical. Most men and women have a breast that is bigger than the other, same with feet.
Calm down, you are completely normal...

I'm not sure about the pecs, but I would think it is normal. A brief doctors visit, or asking at the next check-up would be a safe assurance. As for the armpit hair, my right side is more dense than my left. And my facial hair grows in a similar way, more in an area than the other side has.
I hope this may help, if not good luck man!

I don't think is an embarrassing question, to be sincere if you cut make measurements of half of the body comparing the other, generally is quiet different but that is normal, for women too (usually one breast is little bigger or smaller as you prefer but not equal, unless a breast surgery).
To check with the doctor will make you feel more relax, but before that don't worry.

I don't think you have anything to worry about, but you can have your medical doctor look at it. This isn't anything to be embarrassed about. It is a fact that 10% of breast cancer is in men, but don't allow that to scare you. For peace of mind, have it checked. Good luck.

It's perfectly normal if you have man breasts, because most men get them at the age of 20+, because of the body reacts to your puberty finishing. It's perfectly normal so I wouldn't worry.

My boyfriend lifts weights and he has the same problem, his doctor told him that his pectoral muscle had shifted. But if you had heart surgery, it is probably just scar tissue.

its probably normal , like they said.
humans are, by nature, perfectly symmetrical beings. but things that happen during puberty usually never happen evened out.
