we bought that was an executive rent house and the turd that was living there hasnt moved. we have tried everything to get him out and the only options we have is if he doesnt pay dec rent we can get an eviction notice from the court. now if he wont move can we legally move in with him and let him stay the full 30 days

It's sucks, but you definitely have to go through the eviction process.

No, you have to go through a full eviction process, you can't move in with him after the 30 day notice.

Sorry, but no. You will have to go through the eviction process to rid yourself of this unwanted tenant. I am thoroughly amazed that you managed to close this deal without making the seller responsible to have the premises vacant at closing time.

Let me guess. You did this on your own without professional representation.

if ur the owner im pretty sure u can get them out. but ull probably need to give him a month or two to find another place---thats the way it is here.

Does he have a lease? If he does, then you are a landlord.
