I can remember a show I was watching a while ago, most un hip-hop moments ever, and it had someone on there who had this raspy, kind of off-key tone to an OldSchool rap of his that involved him dressing up as Beethoven.

If it helps any, the rapper was big, and wore a diaper to an award show or something.

I do remember Biz wearing a white wig playing a piano in the video. And, wearing a diaper to an awards show sounds like something Biz would do.
