me and my current boyfriend have lived together/dated each other for almost 2 years. we used to bicker all the time and it was me because of my bipolar disorder. then we would talk abd patch things up. now we are in a ruff situation ...living with his parents in a far away state from home. money is tight and i guess you can say our love for each other is being tested he got a good job i havnt found NOTHING!! i miss my mother and my state of texas. a few months ago he cheated on me with a phone relationship and to be honest i have not yet to get over that. i do NOT want to break up and go back home and get back together!! he makes me happy but in the long long long run...i know we want seperate things what do i do? please help me

i think that you need to concentrate on yourself and find out more about your bipolar. until you get yourself situated i don't think that you can really have a healthy relationship. i hope things work out either way.

sometimes it takes being truly out on your own to discover what's best for you. Advice might make the pill easier to swallow, but if you didn't already know what you needed to do- you never would have been asking.... Go with your gut instinct - just beause he's familiar and safe doesn't mean he's right....

Why not start with a vacation from each other. Perhaps you will be pleasantly surprised..........Or you'll be miserable.
Understand what you are actually feeling for him. And what you would like to do with your life.

It depends on how big the difference is on these wants. If you feel these are things you cannot comprimise on, then, he may not be the one for you.
