Bachelor of Arts in Music or Bachelor of Music in Performance? Also, what's the difference between them?

The performance degree would likely be your best major--you will get more performing experience and studio time, and those professors are probably more connected with the types of places that can help you get positions. A BA in music has less studio time and includes a broader survey of music (but all schools are different). A conservatory focuses mainly on the performing aspect as well. You need to identify some schools and check--there really is a lot of variation.

Well if you are a good enough to singer to consider a career in it then you've probably had all the coaching you need. If I were in your position I would look more at a degree in marketing or business law. No one will check your qualifications as a singer, just your talent, but it would be very beneficial to know how to manage your own career or at least have an idea.

Performance you would be taught to do performances and with music you'll most likely be taught to teach other students how to play a specific instrument.
