List of causes of symptom watery eyes:

Allergies... Anaphylaxis... Chronic Sinusitis... Corneal abrasion... Corneal ulcer... Dacryocystitis... Dust mite allergies... Entropion... Eye foreign body... Hay fever... Keratitis... Measles... Meibomitis... Mold allergies... Reiter’s syndrome... Sarcoidosis... Sinusitis... Trachoma... Trigeminal neuralgia...

Obviously, not all these would apply to you!

As for the nervousness and watery eyes: Nerves do effect everyone differently (although we do share some common symptoms). I would not be alarmed by your eyes watering while you are nervous.

the body will protect itself when threat looms. getting nervous will cause your system to over work, and your eyes are the one thing you notice. your stomach produces more digestive enzymes, your muscles more synaptic fluid, your heart more beats.... all in response to deliver for when you need to react to a stimulus.
evolutionary reactions since we were hunter/gatherers, chasing game on the open plain, climbing trees for fruit, or clearing the eyes to scan for danger.
you are a perfect being, responding to the world.

Mine water when I yawn...always have too. And when they're dry, and I've been wearing my contacts since 7 this morning...like right now.

My guess would be yes. Eyes can water for many things, like when they are irritated, when you are sad ;), when you sing . . . etc.
