It depends on the subject. If I know the subject it can be either. If I do not know then paper and pencil for sure. Plus I hate presentations so if its oral I would need to be speaking to the teacher and no one else.

pencil and paper bcoz in an oral,u dont have enough time to think and revise over what u r going to say,in a pencil and paper,u can think before writting it and revise it over and over again.
