Yes, it is true. There is no significant difference in staying power, but the ability of the woman to climax with an intact partner is much greater. See the excellent discussion at http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html "Male Circumcision Reduces Female Pleasure," by Dr. Dean Edell. There is much more on the subject at http://www.sexasnatureintendedit.com/ -- please visit these sites; they give evidence and logical explanations for their results, not just assertions. And the evidence is compelling -- circumcision of males robs females of sexual pleasure. (It also decreases pleasure for the men, but that was not part of your question.)

I want uncircumcised, i discover the entire thought of circumcision somewhat repellent. yet i'm English, and in England circumcision isn't easy practice until you're Jewish or Muslim. In usa male mutiliation seems to be greater easy, I have no thought why.

I've read a lot about this. The answer provided above gives the links. It seems to make sense. I'm sure most of it depends on the individuals concerned - and probably emotional reasons too with a female - but having intact genitals would seem to help.

And about the "staying power" thing - even if cut guys do last longer (not proven) because they have less sensation, what's the point in prolonging something if it's not so good?

I recall a recent study in the past year stating the opposite that uncircumcised male delivers more pleasure to a woman.

Surveys have shown that men with complete penises last 6 minutes longer than us half *****. They also get to enjoy more feeling while they are at it. The female partner is also less likely to incur discomfort from the friction.

This is a case where the female also gets cut short by "circumcision"

Quite frankly I have heard that many uncircumcised men are too sensitive down there and therefore they're known to come too quick. When a man has been circumcised his penis head is slightly desensitized which allows him to last longer and provide a better experience for his girl. I personally do not date uncircumcised men, but this is what I've heard.

You are right to be sceptical and of course it isn't true. There is much more to making love than a scrap of skin! In my experience circumcised men have greater staying power and are not so liable to premature ejaculation which is a big plus.
