By the way I am from Boston and like the Red Sox, but this nation crap is taking over and full of annoying people that hopped on when they started winning. They even like to do the wave, it is awful!

The whole nation doesn't root for the Red Sox. The Nation thing the Red Sox use is not an original slogan or statement, it was first used by the Raiders & they started using the Nation phrase & all teams that use is it really annoying.

I personally hate the Red Sox but if you are passionate about your team, why not call yourself something? It sells t-shirts. My ex-wife's grandmother loved the Red Sox. She would watch those games every night on NESN or whatever channel it was on and talk Red Sox the whole time. It was great to just hear her talk baseball, Red Sox or not.
My problem with Red Sox nation is these people that jumped on your bandwagon. You never used to see a Red Sox hat until 4 years ago and now not a day goes by without seeing one.

Red Sox Nation, like the Red Sox themselves are the greatest thing in sports today, along with the Patriots, and Celtics. Now if the Bruins would get the Memo it be great.
As a Bostonian and New England Sports Fan in Las Vegas, I'm making money and enjoying the Sports Book, it beats Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun
Dealing with the fact that I'm now in my 30's, and have suffered through some bad season, I'm truly enjoying our time at the top, not matter what the haters whine about.
