Hines Ward and Troy Brown
Hines Ward is an excellent receiver still (even though his stats dropped because of his injury this season), but more importantly he's a large-hitting blocker. His power is equivalent to a TE's but out side of the box.
Troy Brown is forgotten this season, but he will be returning to the Patriots line-up shortly (I do believe this weekend). He leads Patriot receiving stats as well as was a key part in the 2001 Super Bowl and even played the defensive back position extremely well.

kimberly you made a mistake by saying brady but then you go and say vinatieri a kicker as the best all around football player at least you tried its devin hester who is the best pr/kr ever or will be toward the end of next season and ladianan tomlinson who can run the ball catch the ball and throw the ball he is the complete package

Hines Ward. He does whatever the team asks, doesn't complain like TO, has a Superbowl ring and Superbowl MVP trophy (unlike Romo and TO), is the best blocking WR in the game, can run, throw, and is the all time leading receiver in Steelers history.

The chargers used to be more or less a joke team before LT. I was born in San Diego, and my parents were born and raised there, so i'm third generation chargers fan (my grandparents were all fans). People used to make fun of them, now I see more and more young people, even outside of san diego wearing LT chargers jerseys.
If you mean overall, like for a long time, I don't know.
