Just and Opinion I already know who would win but my cuzzin dosent believe me when I say Raditz would samsh Itachi

Fact: Dragonball characters Raditz, Napa, and Vegeta wielded enough power to flatten cities, modern day cities.
Fact: Naruto's Uchiha Itachi (my favorite character so please take this as truth), most show of force killing everyone in his village.
There are only 3 characters that have the possibility of causing the amount of damage as DBZ characters. Pein (unknown, destroyed Jiriyas arm with one blow), Deidara (final art caused a lot of damage), Naruto (only at 9 tails which has never been truly viewed except on intros, power is unknown, but the fact that with a whip of its tail it could cause tsunamis, this is no small feat). No one else has shown even the potential of such destruction. Hope that helps.
