Is it true that children born after 1992 in California have to wait until they are 18 to get their Drivers license???

I think that is the law all over the place know. I'm in PA and 18 is the new law for Drivers licenses.

No it's not. You have to be 18 to get a license with full privileges, but you can get a "provisional" license at age 16.

Yes, that is true IN SOME PLACES, but NOT in all places. Just call your local DMV office and ask. OR go to the California Department of Motor Vehicles website.
