Stop comparing yourself to your friends. This is how you'll waste all your money. It doesn't matter if your things are designer or not, just buy something cute that your mom would buy for you, or better yet, ask for money for your chores and earn it.

first get over it. you can't get everything in life that your friends have. sorry. it is a fact of life. we can't be constantly keeping up with the jones'
Sometimes being spoiled like your friend isn't everything in life. and you don't need designer everything to be cool. coolness is about your personality and how you carry it, not what you wear. Only in college or younger does anybody really care anyways.
as a suggestion, put it on your Xmas (or Hanukkah) wish list if you want it. secondly ask if you could split the cost for it. Your mom may have a reason for not buying it for you. My brother used to ask for all sorts of super expensive stuff, and never got it because he would normally trash it. My cousin has offered to buy his step daughter a new trumpet if she pays half.
talk to your mom about the issue, not us. and using your friend as an example won't get you anywhere because she will ask you if your friend jumped off a cliff would you?

you can always purchase replicas, no one can tell the difference, i have four chanel and 3 louis vuitton, and my friends totally still think they're real, even though i told them theyre not. but you dont always have to have what everyone else has. Maybe you feel you wont be accepted without a designer purse. But trust me, you'll live if you dont get a purse. theres more to life then blowing money on something thats not that important, but if you really want one that badly, then put it on your christmas list and ask your mom politely. Dont whine, because that will just prove that if she says no, you'll be upset because you didnt get your way. Also you could tell your mom that you'll do something around the house that you dont really do that often and sort of come up with a deal bargain thing. I hope this has helped, and good luck, i hope you get the purse you want

work and save money to get it...ur mom is not obligated to get a designer purse, u'll have more appreciation for it when you buy it trust me, and never compare urself with the spoiled friend 7 years from now she might be in trouble and won't be able to get half a coach purse

Go to the Coach website and find one of their purses that are priced within reason and show it to your mom, tell her that you'd love to get this as a Christmas gift and she mightb get it, if not ask some other family member or maybe two people can go in half and get it for you

make a deal with your mum that if you completely ace all of your subjects all year she'll buy you the purse. or you could do something far nicer and get a job and pay for it. your friend is spoiled as you've said, and will never know the true meaning of hard work. work to pay for it and it will be twice as nice!

Get a rich boyfriend. I have a LV and two Prada purses from current and ex boyfriends (definitely not replicas) =) This only applies if you're 18 or older!

if it means that much to you, get a job and buy it yourself. most women far older than you (myself included), cannot afford a coach purse. don't buy something just because all your friends have one. make sure you really want it and work for it if you do want it.

Get a job and buy it for yourself. You have no idea of how hard it is to earn money. Just because your friend gets what she wants doesn't mean that your mom should sacrifice for you. That is ridiculous.
