Both actually...it kinda depends on the day some days Im in the mood for nice and slow but other days I like it hard and fast because I just feel like rocking out and dancing you know :D

Start out nice n slow.. move into hard n fast....then slow and hard and move on to nice and n fast and finish with nice n slow again.......and not just my music....
