the beginning of summer i started writing down my thoughts when i was really upset. never been a journal type of person. i stopped that a little bit ago. maybe yahoo answers has taken it's place. contacts please forgive me for all my venting. sometimes i regret what i post here. i really need to find a better way to vent. my journals are online and they are set to private. no one will ever read them. did it help? to be honest, i'm not sure. i just thought i would try something new.

Yes, even if I do cross it out, I could always make it even better.

I am a compulsive list maker, filling notebooks of thoughts that I need to work through, to vent, to plan, so many things that will eventually all get crossed off!!

It always helps to write. I write to vent and then I delete or burn the writing.
