I don't really understand that question mi dear rabbi
loose cannon.I wish I had a cannon.But the whole loose part "Sorry to say" There is no such thing as a LOOSE cannon.Only every cannon is good.
But that is just me since.I had a ex who was in miltary and know alot about blowing up ppl and buildings

This may be random but i think those Texans who killed the burglar against the advice of the 911 operator. I was truly crushed by the story and i thought it was awful. Hope this is a good contribution.

My brother in law. Let me give you a scenario (a true story):
BIL: ALL semi-trucks have sleepers.
Me: (nonchalant) No, they don't.
BIL: YES, they DO.
Me: No, (smile) seriously. They don't really.
BIL: YES, THEY DO, and YOU'RE A FREAKING MORON. I THINK I WOULD KNOW!! ONE OF MY FRIENDS HAD A DAD WHO DROVE A SEMI TRUCK FOR THREE MONTHS. (knocks down chair he's sitting in as he storms out of the room screaming that I'm an idiot)
He doesn't have a short fuse. He's got a trip wire attached to his chair and he goes off if he stands up.
