For me, I give all the poems I read fair treatment.

There are some who post here, who are unaware of what poetry is about and post.

A good answer to your question is to look yourself at the poems posted here. Take a look at the responders as well.

Most of the serious writers of the art who were here, now only come and visit occasionally, but post their work on sites more dedicated to the art. (As do I).

Well, I can't speak for other people here because everyone has a different opinion. However, I treat poems on here pretty fairly whether they were good or bad. Although I've discovered some gems within this category, I have to admit that when I discover bad poetry, I have to be honest, or even fail to reply.

Yes, they do. Of course you wouldn't expect I.A Richards here just as there is no Frost here. Hence I guess poems get adequate treatment they deserve.
