ok, I have 1 kid asking for a PSP..another asking for an mp3 player.
Does PSP play mp3 files easily?....can I just hook up to the desktop (via USB port..?) and transfer mp3 files to the PSP?
I have over 4000 mp3 files on the computer, so I really have no need for ipod with the itunes thing.
Would the child be getting the best of all worlds by getting to play games AND play the music?
Also, PSP plays movies too..?...if so, can you download movies to memory cards and play them, or do you need to buy the movie disk?
Can you transfer info from one PSP to another?
Sorry for all the questions on this..but I am new to the tech world for my kids.
any advice on this would be great.
Looking to get a combo deal on ebay, but dont want to waste my money.
thanks

The PSP can do MP3s, MP4 (Video), Internet/Web and more. You can either use a USB to download from PC/Laptop or you can use WiFi to connect straight to the internet.

Now one thing to keep in mind is that the PSP uses a MemoryStick with a current maximum of 8GB, sold separately (~$120).

There are lots of Movie and Video convertors to choose from, Free or Premium to convert DVDs or YouTube to MP4.
