Your boobs will sag whether you sleep in a bra or not.

If you do sleep in a bra, make sure it is comfy and loose and not tight and restrictive as they need to BREATHE.

No. I don't.. My boobs aren't saggy. Of course, by the time you hit 70, their saggy. There is really nothing you can do about that.

No, it is not true. Your boobs will sag anyway. As you get older 30, 40, 50 years old. You lose muscle tone. It is the muscles in our chest that help keep our boobs perky. As we age and lose this muscle, they begin to sag. The best way to keep your firm perky breasts is to exercise regularly.

Maybe if they're huge. I'll use myself as an example. I'm 53 and a 34A. I never wear a bra. And they're still perky!!

I would never think of wearing a bra to sleep, even if they were bigger!! :)

if you have big boobs it helps to keep them perky if you wear a bra all the time. Small boobs it doesn't make much of a difference.

No but wearing a bra while you sleep does help from gradually stretching the skin so in essence, it helps prevent sagging later on.

Age is what makes them sag...which they will eventually. It's bad to sleep with a bra on. Ask any lingerie assistant. Underwire are esspecially bad if you are still growing.
