I learned that I have a lot more friends on Yahoo Answers than I ever thought I did, and that they ARE there for me when I am feeling ill. Thanks again guys...it means a lot to know that.

Yes, I did. The biggie, was that I learned how to remove a
glitch I had. It was an instruction post for a download I didn't
want, and it has been blocking me off and on from reaching
Yahoo Mail. And it also blocked me from signing into my ISP
off and on also. So I deleted it after finding the place to do it.
And now it's in cyberspace. Now I just hope I never need that
program. LOL.
The other thing I learned, was that a post about a Christ-
mas poem I got from YA was not true as to the meanings
of each line. So now I know to not take a 'best answer' as
the gospel. I'll have to check with SNOPES before passing
some things along in the future.
And the third thing I learned is that we are to expect snow
tomorrow sometime or by Sunday definately. It's been very
cold, so it will cool down even more.
And the last thing I learned today is that the way I've been
feeling all week, isn't due to a cold. But allergies trying to
strengthen into an all out infection. So all of the allergy symp-
toms have been in a state of influx. And I'm not willing to give
in and succumb to an illness with the holiday coming up. So
that's the gist of things from my corner of the world.
I'm glad you learned something new today, yourself :).

I learned that I am highly valued at my job. I learned through persistence you CAN make a great deal! I continually learn the value of helping someone. I learned that although some folks may rub you the wrong way sometimes, that when they're down you have enough compassion to help them back up.
AND I learned that many of us will be wondering what Mrs. Morgan o has to say tomorrow! lol

1) I learned that my blood pressure & cholesterol are perfect now.
2) I learned that it is too early after knee surgery to wear shoes with any heel at all. The result? I could hardly walk this morning.
3) I learned that my daughter is broken hearted because someone took her new puppy out of her truck when she ran back in her apt to get something. My heart is so sad for her.
4) I learned that I am secretly going to get my daughter another puppy for Christmas if she doesn't get hers back by the 5th.
shortstuff, how do you put the computer in sleep mode? If you don't mind I would appreciate you emailing me. Thanks.

Yes, I learned not to get drunk and walk the sidewalks of hospitals. I learned that you can play the piano with your balls. I learned that Iso had some great news today! I learned that some folks like to ask certain types of questions just to see what types of reactions they will get, stirring the pot so to speak. And, I've learned that yes, I can be goaded into answering stupid questions, by myself no less! I've learned that some people see bouncing balls when I don't. I'm waiting to learn what happens when one man takes 4 Viagra at a time!!! Hopefully we will hear from him again, however, he may be just a puddle in the morning!
Thanks for Asking!

I learned that you should always throw down rock salt BEFORE you step out on to an icy sidewalk. OUCH! I'm glad I don't have neighbors, it was definitely an AFV moment.

Well, I called my doctor because I've been experiencing dizzy spells that make me feel nauseated. He called back with a prescription for meclizine (anti-vertigo medicine) and said inner ear problems are "going around." Hunh? I've taken this before, because I frequently get water in the eardrum and have frequent mild vertigo, but I NEVER heard of vertigo "going around."
