The problem with a blank org chart is that the structure may not match the organizatin you are trying to describe. What if the blank has six levels and your group only has four? What if you have eight lines going down and the blank only has five?

Instead, go to to a stationery, or office supply store and find a set of org chart stencils. Then layout your own, customized one. It will look much more professional.
