if you bet the "spread", and your team was a "dog" but by more than one ( + 2 or more)and you lost by one, you BEAT the spread and won your bet. I have NEVER seen a spread of as much as 50 in any sport anywhere.

There IS no difference. The only thing that is different is PERCEPTION.

A win is a win is a win. But the way you do it has a big impact on the mental interpretation of what it is.

You may think that winning by 50 is better, but really what do you learn from a blowout? I'd say that nothing other than maybe winning makes you feel good.

Winning by one might be better because it might show you have strength of character and perseverance. It is a harder earned win and therefore more satisfying.

Perception.

I'm actually tempted to do it for you, but that would be academically dishonest and, in the long run, wouldn't help you at all. When you do the homework yourself, you actually learn the answers, which is extremely beneficial when you consider that these exact same questions will likely be on your next test. If you feel you don't have the strength to do it, I recommend that you drink some coffee or soda and put on some music or a TV show in the background. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right? =) Good luck.

If you lose by 1, people think its exciting, and its okay to lose. If you lose by 50 (or 45) you follow this guide.
Step 1-You fire your coach (probably Isiah) and hire someone who knows basketball
Step 2-Release all your players
Step 3-Sign some kids off the street and watch the improvement

EDIT: OH...then if you're 1, 3, and if you're a Knicks fan 5.
