its a BB&T account, if that makes a difference. I just wanna know if i can do it this weekend or if I have to wait until Monday.

Some ATMs will let you, although they may have a 500 dollar limit on the cash you can get back. It is worth heading by to see I think.

usually one can deposit your check and get either $200 or $300 cash from your bank atm depends on the bank if they offer the $200 or $300. the bank might be open on sat...

first you would DEPOSIT the check. Then in a SEPARATE transaction, you can WITHDRAW IN CASH as much AVAILABLE FUNDS as you had in the account at that time--even more than the amount of the check if necessary. In essence, you "CASHED" the check if you had enough to cover it. If not, you must wait until the deposit "clears", which may be more than one business day.
