Evidently, you've planned this idea much like a business--and it IS a controversial twist on the male dominated--and ILLEGAL polygamist relationship structure.
You would need "extra men" who clearly can handle the physical AND emotional demands of such a relationship.
Watch "Big Love" to understand the political dynamics of such a structured relationship.....and the lessons seen from their mistakes.
First, you'd need to incorporate your "enterprise" for tax purposes. Most people shelter their $$$ by creating a "church" or "sect".
Polygamist men, given their health is good, manage several "wives". How many "extra men" do you realistically feel you can handle? Bear in mind: YOU are the epicenter of this harem........
In a savvy tax protected bank account, each "extra man" agrees to put in.....say.....5% of their paycheck into the account. Allowed to gather healthy interest, this account--managed w/ common sense by means of an "execetor"--could prove handy for life/heath/dental insurance payments for each "extra man" covered. Funds from this account also may be handy for those unexpected home (harem) costs or maintenance fees......
The brakes on this freight train idea is that polygamy is ILLEGAL and you---and your extra men--can all go to jail for it.

Have the DIY channel turn your den/basement into a man cave. Bake roofie cookies and bring them to your mechanic and his crew, fire department, church, etc. That should give you a good start. Good luck.
