The only way to get more confidence about it is to go out and get a job. You can do it. If you can get through school without failing everything/being expelled then you can hold down a job easily, because the stuff you face at school is far more challenging than anything you will face at a Saturday job. If you're worried about what to say then don't say it, write it. Add a small letter (known as a covering letter) to your CV. It's just a short letter (a few paragraphs) saying that you're interested in the job, what you're doing currently, what your skills are/interests are (like if it was a job at a clothes shop you could say how much you love their brand, or fashion) and what your future plans are (university etc) Then go into a place (like this hair dressers) and ask if they have any vaccines and hand over your CV/letter. That's all you have to do. If you're still too nervous then try posting it to them instead. You can do it, I promise you it's nothing you can't handle.
