Broiled blackened salmon, augratin potatoes and green beans. wow, after hearing about all the junk other people eat I guess I'm a pretty healthy eater. This is a typical meal for me.
tomorrow I'm going to eat liver with Faber beans and a fine bottle of Chianti

I went to the local Thai restaurant. It's a mom and pop place that's been in business for nearly 35 years. I had the Gang Ped Phet, which is duck sauteed in curry and coconut milk with pineapple and green peppers and bamboo shoots. It came with wonton soup and an Asian salad of some sort...no clue what it was, but it was EXCELLENT. I also had an appetizer of chicken satay with sides of curried peanut and cucumber sauces (separate).

The wife and I have had busy schedules all week, and she had a meeting to go to tonight. So, this afternoon, we had lunch at Chili's. I had the steak casadea, and brought home the leftovers I couldn't finish. They served as my dinner tonight.

nothing special here either....kraft mac and cheese that i added tuna and tomatos to, then baked in the oven with some bread crumbs on top
