of course, anything by Stephen King, Dean Koontz or John Saul.
You can also try Clive Barker, but he may be a little adult for you...and weird. Also try Robert McCammon
Anne Rice's vampire books (start with Interview with the Vampire) are good. Also her Mayfair Witches series is excellent...The WItching Hour is the first one and it is one of my favorite books.
I love horror too...a good horror book is hard to find!!
ADDED INFO: Swan Song mentioned below by Cherrycokegirl is by Robert Mccammon, mentioned above here.

Well... Swan Song. I can't remember the author, but a lady at a bookstore recommended it to me whan I was your age. It's like 900 pages, and about a crazy postapocalyptic world after the US has been nuked and everything is all anarchy and radiated by the bombs. Pretty damn good, though.
ALSO, have you read any true crime books? Ann Rule writes true novels about real killers, and they go so in depth into the lives of the people involved, they read like fiction, the detail is amazing. She even was (coincidentally) friends with Ted Bundy (the serial killer) before he got caught, so her book The Stranger Beside Me about him is great (I was scared to leave my front door unlocked for months!) Some of her books might be a bit much for a 12 year old, but I was your age when I started reading them. But I've read every one of her books and love them all, they're fascinating.
The only other thing I can think of is Christopher Pike. He's kinda old school, he was writing young adult horror when I was your age (oh god, 10 years ago), "Last Vampire" series was a favorite.

Its by someone named AVI..and it seemed scary in the beginning..I didn't end up finishing it....sorry I can't think of more!! ^^;;

Anything my Stephen King, if you have an adult's style.
I say try "Horowitz Horror" and "More Horowitz Horror" by Anthony Horowitz. http://www.amazon.com/Horowitz-Horror-Stories-Youll-Never/dp/0399244891/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1196480573&sr=8-1
http://www.amazon.com/More-Horowitz-Horror-Anthony/dp/0399245197/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1196480573&sr=8-2
Or, you could go for the Goosebumps and others by R.L. Stine. They're written for kids your age.
