Do you think that I could work for Hollister?

Alot of Hollister girls are like super gorgeous I'm 15 and i want to work there when i get 2 b 16 so do you think i'm pretty enough to? I dont usually wear glasses just in this pic and every once in a while :D

both these pics are of me, just my hair is lighter in the first and darker in the second. it is light now...but they are both me.

For sure - just as long as you take off the hood, get rid of the peace sign and don't do that weird thing with your mouth like you're posing.

You're a pretty girl though. I hope you don't aspire to work for Hollister - it's not exacty a dream job. It's retail - it is what it is. And if they don't hire you it's not cuz of your looks, which is a bad way to pick employees. I'd rather go to a store where the clothes acutally fit the person, they look neat and presentable. Not some of these dirty people that are technically good looking but don't take care of themselves or even look good in the clothes they are selling.

And...for the record I think they are allowed to pick based on appearances. I read a few articles about this and they're not discriminating because any race, gender etc... can be attractive. It's a marketing strategy - but I don't think they do a very good job of hiring. Employees should not just be hot, they should also fit the brand and be presentable.

working at hollister sucks where I am at. I have been working there for a while now, and I a greatly considering about quiting. Not everyone at Hollister has to be beautiful at all, or even a size 3. Actually there are many people there who are stuck up and rude, just because they think that they are cool by getting a job there. Ahhh, teenagers. Duh!

A photo where your not burried beneath half a polarbear and hidden behind glasses would be better to judge from.

However. Due to discrimination legislation they cannot base you application on appearance. I think you will find that due to the image surrounding Hollister, that only super attractive and slender girls bother applying anyway.

well you know thats not all they care about is the way you look in fact were did you get that from that all the people who work at hollister have to be pretty??? they have to be smart the looks dont really matter i just dont know who told you that ANYone can work at hollister

Hollister hires based on appearance.

They would rather hire an idiot in a size zero than a more qualified person in a size 12.

If you have to ask if you're pretty enough to work somewhere, you probably shouldn't.
