Your only choice is to dye your hair for the sake of yourself. Your spouse might still find you sexy, but your image of yourself is also important coz it affects your actions.

Gray hair can be hard to cover, don't do it your self. You may also want to consider getting it frosted, it will really make a difference, and it wont be as harmful to your hair. If you dye it you will have to get it touched up every 4 weeks to keep the roots from showing, and that can do serious damage to your hair. Frosting it, you can go a little longer between touch ups. Also maybe try a new sexy young hair style. A good stylist can help you find something that will make you look great.

If its that important- get you hairdresser to make it blonde for you. Sexy is a state of mind- You can have the best hair, body, clothes and makeup, and still be human birth control. There are other ways of showing love to other people AND yourself. Look into "The Five Languages of Love"-0 I hoinestly never thought of it that way, but i suppose if you are unsure of how even you communicate love feelings it muight be hard too. Try to see the value in every thing you do- NOTHING is more desirable than a REAL woman.

Listen to Randy Travis' Forever and Ever Amen. There's a line in there that goes.
Time plays its tricks on a body.
Makes a young girls brown hair turn gray.
Well honey I don't care.
I ain't in love with your hair.
If it all would fall out I'd still love you anyway.
forget about the window dressing. It's the person inside he fell in love with. Besides wait until you have been married for 31 years. My wife was a blond through her childhood but it turned to brunette by the time she was in Jr. High.
There are a few gray streaks in there, but it's from raising four kids.
Your husband loves you for you, not your hair color.

Go have your hair colored in a salon by a professional to cover the gray.
Start exercising. (Check with your doctor first if you have health concerns). If you're very sedentary or overweight, start slow, like ten minutes of walking a day. But really, not only is exercise great for you, it gives you energy, self-confidence, and if you do cardio (like running, which I do) you get a great endorphin kick!

So, color your hair back to blonde--that's not a big deal. Heck, I've been married for almost 20 years, and if I didn't color my hair I'd be pretty much totally gray, and I'm just a little over 41!!!

This is both a bad thing and a good thing. Bad because your self esteem is poor, but good because you are in full control of it. A little hair color, make up, some intention exercise and some time having fun Will all do wonders for your self esteem.
Don't allow yourself to be a victim, take charge and get excited about your life. Do what ever you need to do, take some serious "ME" time. Life's' to short to be unhappy.

Well, does your husband of over 10 years help you to feel sexy? Women, naturally, look down on themselves as they age. It is up to him to make sure you always know how you are seen in his eyes. His opinion should be all that matters.
