No, I was on the road all day and my friend and I were talking so we didn't turn on the radio. Thank you for the news. He certainly had quite a life. To short.

Yes, it's sad news. Due to Evil Knievel's daring stunts a guy called Eddie Kidd from the UK became a daredevil stunt rider too and he had many almost life threatening accidents in his career just like Evil Knievel. He (Evil) was a hero to many young lads in his time. It was sad to hear he had been ill for a long time too. Can you imagine him entertaining the Angels in Heaven now!!

Yes I read that he died from my ISP news page. But I didn't
hear from what. I didn't know if he'd been sick, or had a heart
attack. I was sorry to learn that tho. He sure had alot of fortet-
tude to attempt all of the risky leaps he made. And as such,
he was a good entertainer.

He died of the complications from Hepatitis C, which he figures he got from one of the many blood transfusions he needed to have after his accidents.

He looked so old and worn out for just 69 years of age. I can remember lusting after him when I was younger.

It was on Yahoo a couple of hours ago. Age 69, so young. God rest his soul.

Yes. I think I heard that he died from an incurable lung disease. Hmmm.....or was that someone else? I'm not certain. Yes, I like your cute avatar too.

Yes, I heard about it a while ago. I haven't heard what the cause of death was, but he cheated death many times when doing the daredevil stunts he loved doing.

Yes, my husband told me earlier. That was sad news. He was quite the daredevil, thrilling to watch!

He was the first person to show how amazing the stunts AND the stuntman really was. What a real shame... it's the end of an era.
