The sound and video quality is really nice. There's cases finally, thank god. The only complaint is if you watch movies, it's difficult for two people because the screen isn't that big (2 in wide) and you have to hold the screen.

5 of my friends have them. They're pretty good. But I got a zune.

I have 4gb. and i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it. i use it every day, I know it can play video, but i only use it for music. Oh my gosh it's soo small and beautiful. I love it. i'm going to marry it someday
