Latitude and Longitude?

Question

I'm trying to identify the cities at:

56°N, 38°E
34°S, 18°E
23°N, 82°W

And how do I find the Latitude and Longitude of:
London, England ________
Melbourne, Australia_______
Buenos Aires, Argentina_________

I've been trying before I posted for help.
I think 56°N, 38°E is Moscow Am I right? I can't find good one to help me

56°N, 38°E is 23 miles NE of Moscow
34°S, 18°E is 25 miles WSW of Cape Town in ocean
23°N, 82°W is 25 miles ESE of Havana (Habana) Cuba

And how do I find the Latitude and Longitude of:
London, England 51 30' N 0 07' E ________
Melbourne, Australia 37 48' S 144 58' E
Buenos Aires, Argenentina 34 36'S 56 25W
All per Google Earth when pasted in search

easiest way would be to look at a globe
the prime meridian is 0° longitude
and the equator is 0° latitude
figure out where they are in relation to those lines
