You need to find the happy medium to satisfy your wife and your sex drive. You could talk to your wife about this, that is what marriage is all about, communication. I fear that if you don't sort this out you may look outside your marriage for extra relief and cause problems.

its actually good for you to masturbate while married. it turns out guys who masturbate while wives are gone on a trip or something have better marriages and sex lives.
though you dont masturbate right before sex otherwis it just dribbles. if u dont masturbate right before sex and it still dribbles cut down on masturbation

i don't think it's wrong to masturbate at least twice a day. i actually believe it is healthy...just don't overdo it and get it in the way of your life. At least once a day should do it.
