should I try to recruit ? Who should I avoid ?
How do you stop the organisation recruiting people who will be a disaster ?

A/im going to start off with avoiding ppl who might not pay attention to details.
What kind of saftey critical software?? Like, for what ??
Short of doing sexual favors for the person in charge or stepping over them and telling the person on top what mistakes r being made. Im not sure u can stop it. Good Luck though

After you weed through and experience first-hand enough applicants, you'll be able to recognize the better candidates. But I agree that on large projects like yours, there are a lot of slackers who must be dealt with.
