Your link refers to a cached (historical reference) page that no longer exists.
Try the home page http://www.elac.org/ and go to the pulldown list below the banner in the middle of the page labeled "East Los Angeles College Math Links", maybe you can find what you need there.

In any case the URL you listed has the word "cache" in it and will only return results from snapshot pages, not the actual live page.

I think it probably does exist... Although it is possible that it doesnt.

Generally when a page no longer exists, you will get a message saying "Page Cannot Be Found.". You seem to be getting "Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage." which generally means that the problem is on your end.

The IP you gave belongs to GOOGLE
209.85.173.104 PTR record: mh-in-f104.google.com.
Sorry but that isn't your machine, unless you are a google employee or something, in which case you wouldn't be asking this question.

Since this is a Google cached page, it more than likely does not exist any longer. That means that it isn't on the REAL server anymore.. Google tends to keep things forever even if they are now HISTORY.

I went to the site and had a Math help log in page. Is that what you were looking for?
