I dont know about a gag gift but I once ( and only once ) put one of those fart machines under my supervisors chair while at a meeting. It did get quit a few laughs but luckly it was a VERY informal meeting and we'd all known each other for many years

I got given a huge pair of knickers and a bra for one birthday. But the joke was on them, since I'd gained 70 kilos since I last saw them and was planning on having a sex change.
So really, it was the perfect gift!
Pity they were second hand and had period stains on them.
