things i've done are: fighting in school and got suspended, going out with a boy that could be arrested if he touched me(19), and i was forced to do something to a boy that i didn't know and if i didn't do it he was going to tell the whole school something bad about me so i did it and losing my virginity to two boys i barely know and giving them something i don't want to. =( i need help. because it's hard for me to say no. if i do it makes me feel like a mean and bad person and im not!

All you can do is try to make better decisions from now on. I wish I could turn back time. I really do. But I can't and neither can you.

Besides. You have learned from you mistake(s), and now you are a better person.

Good luck.

You could try and make amends (compensation for loss or injury), but just be sure your efforts don't cause further harm/hurt. For instance, if you've been having an affair, making amends by confessing to all involved might make you feel better, but it would hurt others who didn't know what was going on. So in that case a better way to make "amends" would be breaking off the affair and not doing it again.

You could also make restitution (restoring, making good, or giving an equivalent for some injury). For instance, if you keyed someone's car you could confess and offer to pay to have the damage repaired.

Guilt is your inner voice telling you that your actions have not honored yourself (and really, when we hurt others we also hurt ourselves). To make the guilt go away, make amends/restitution when and where you can, and make the choice not to repeat the behavior.

If you need help, try talking to a counselor, or making yourself accountable to someone you trust, who can help you.

I hope this helps.

What'd you do? More details would be helpful, but I do agree with the first answerer. As long as you've learned from this "mistake" you will be able to avoid making it again.

Life is way too short to waste it on regret. Move forward, do good and pray :)

The first step to getting rid of guilt is to admit guilt. You have to confront it. Otherwise, you will never truly get over it.
