It is an amphibian belonging to the order Anura. The hind legs are longer and used for leaping. It is saltatorial, insectivorous animal that lives on both land and water.

One is a slimy green critter

The other is when someone bends a finger tightly and punches you in the arm or chest, creating a swollen bump (typically by moronic adolescent males in high school gym class.)
