A toss up between Ahmadinijab and Kim Jong Il. Ahmadinijab is more dangerous because he is a true believer that he is doing Allah's will so that when he gets a nuke he is not going to hesitate to use it, he figures that when a cruise missile lands in his lap he's on his way to the virgins. Jong Il, being a communist and an atheist, is not in a hurry to get blown to smithereens.

It all depends on your definition of "crazy". Bush would defiantly qualify in the "delusional" category and the only reason that he doesn't have complete control and do some of the things that are mentioned pertaining to other leaders is that our forefathers had the vision to put in our Constitution the separation of powers. He (and his VP and advisers) have already taken the executive powers as far as they can.
To Freedom guy: last I knew Hillery Clinton wasn't a world leader idiot. It's people like you that scare me!

Any leader(s) who massacures their own people and those who get in their way and those do not believe in living peacefully in this world.
I am surprised that anyone would mention George Bush. Sure he's made some dumb mistakes, but he doesn't believe in any way like people named in these answers.

Seriously, how can you compare Bush with the Pres. of Iran, or North korea, with a straight face? Bush isn't shutting down media outlets, so we have no news from the outside world. He isn't enforcing Sharia law. Women can walk thru our country dressed however they want, they can speak however they want, they can keep their CLITORIS, they aren't beaten or killed if they upset their husbands, etc.
Think before you make such irresponsible comments.
